I/we are aware that the Katholisches Wohnungsbau- und Siedlungswerk der Diözese Regensburg GmbH is entitled, by contract, to withdraw from the rental contract until the rental object is handed over, being that such a rental contract has been made on the basis of this application form and the application contains false information. A rental agreement made on the basis of false information on this application form is otherwise contestable and can be extraordinarily terminated. By submitting this application form, I/we confirm that all information provided on this application form is correct and acknowledge the legal consequences of any false statements.

KWS Regensburg GmbH uses the data exclusively for the purpose of its accommodation service and for the possible resulting contractual relationship in accordance with the criteria of Art. 6 and 7 EU-DSGVO (GDPR). The data will not be passed on to third parties or if so, only in accordance with data protection legislation or other applicable legal standards. If the application (showing your further interest) is not extended in time by the interested parties (in writing, verbally, by e-mail), the data collected will be properly destroyed or deleted after 6 months at the latest.
